Project Management

We adopt a "cradle-to-grave" approach in technical and project management consultancy. We will work closely with the Building Owner/ MCST in carrying out a comprehensive condition assessment of the building/ common area. Based on our findings, we will draft up a proposed tender scope for Owner/ MCST confirmation. Upon confirmation of the scope, we will call, manage and award the tender to the successful Contractor. We will supervise and manage the works as it is carried out after the award.
