We deploy and use a variety of non-destructive techniques to better characterize and diagnose the building/ material issues faced. This includes sub-surface imaging techniques (via GPR), imaging/detection of surface temperature (via infrared thermography), detection of moisture levels within different depths of substrate and etc.
